Hey man,

It's great to see that there are other guys playing with 3. I know first hand how much effort it takes to acquire this, so kudos to you.

If there is a piece of advice I could give you, regarding your plucking hand in general, it would be to not bend your wrist too much, you might injure yourself ... plus, having a straight plucking hand helps you with speed (there is a great instructional video from Gary Willis illustrating that, although my style is different).
