Probably best dungeon RPG of my childhood... can play it for hours with my friends, but we never finish it... its quite hard at later part of game! Not like casual games of present...

This game was amazing. I remember watching my dad play this when I was like.. 5 or something, and I LOVED it! I remember there were these evil bird monsters at the end of the game and they'd always scream BKOK! So we all called them Bkok's and called the game the Bkok game! Hahahaha.. great GREAT memories, thank you.

I love the animation of the witch's face. Boy, Westwood did a lot of good stuff!

This is the kind of beautiful hand-pixelled graphics that is so rare these days to witness. Just the animation of the king's fist is unbelievably .. well, believable! (: .. I could never create such beauty with pixels. And the great FM-musics and speech, effects which sync to the incredible animations and hand-pixelled beauty of good old 320x200x8bit VGA glory.. ahh, makes an old man drool. Great game also! (though too difficult for me..)

Wauv, many of the clips from the game contained things that did not appear in the final game. For example that 2 of the 4 charecters you should have chosen one of in the start appears together in many of the video-clips - very interresting.... and who is that lady-elf at 4:24??? she didnt appear in the final game!

at 4:11 they have a cape in the inventory that dosent appear in the final game.

the beta-version of this game must have been very different....

Yeah, Westwood used to publish pre-release demos then, so they might differ from the final version.

That lady is Dawn. You can save her in the end of the final game, however she doesn't join the party :(
