@Bobe94549 I could not agree more about the need for 24/7 stroke centers with Neurointerventional coverage. Most stroke centers offer TPA only. We encourage our neighboring stroke centers to transfer TPA patients to us so we can operate if the vessel has not opened.

This is great overview of the Penumbra System.  The visual comparisons between video and fluoro are excellent in understanding the technical functions of how the clot is removed. Great job!
