@broli3110 the reason people took notice of Halo Wars as the best RTS on a console is because its really the only console RTS that works well, and that you can play easily and have fun without swallowing yourself trying to use the controls. I'm sure if Ensemble put a different name, and with a different story, it would probably have done well too, although I'm certain that it's name probably was part of the reason it was so popular. And why does ODST suck? it's the same thing as Halo 3.

It's a 6 gb game (if i'm not mistaken) which is the size of most games today, and got all the effort of that any of Bungie's other projects, excluding an improved graphics and physics engine. They could have cut the price from $60 to $40 definately, the price was a little unreasonable, but all in all, I think it was worth it, and that it was a very well made.

I think this game would have been a lot better (even though it's already good), if it would have had 3 races, instead of 2 ,(like Starcraft). The Flood could have been a 3rd race. Then it would be like SC (Humans / Terran, Covenant / Protoss, Flood / Zerg). I mean, you already fight the flood in the game anyway... they could at least be playable.

@TeshiKennedy117 Maybe on the hardest setting,but it mainly depends on who is playing it to be fair,for instance take Crysis 2,at my 1st play through it took me 7 hours to beat,at my 2nd play through a mere 5 hours (on normal),its bad when a game lets me go through it like lightning.Many people today think that multi player is the "base" of a game,i tend to disagree,its because of multi player that the standard for campaign length in a FPS is 10 hours max nowdays.

It's actually pretty long for a modern day FPS, and if you take a bit of time to marvel at the scenery around you, and try to understand the story, it should take you around 12 hours to beat, which is a good amount for FPS's nowadays.
