mooie tekening gast... ik ben ook een ervaren tekenaar van conceptauto's :p heb jij trouwens maar 2 pennen gebruikt? en nog een vraagje... heb jij ook een paintbrusher om gloss te kleuren? of gebruik je alleen losse markers...? (o ja dit is geen supercar of sportcar... dit heet een Le Mans hyperrace car)

hey thanks voor de reactie. volgens mij had ik maar 1 pen gebruikt. Die andere was zwart, maar die was op volgens mij. En ik heb nu wel een airbrush, maar toen nog niet. En tot slot..ik denk dat ik het wel een sportscar kan noemen, omdat ik heb bedoelt had als streetlegal car.

thanks for the reply!! why dont you try 8 spokes? thats the most easy and it is also good looking!! its just one cross and 1 extra spoke between every two

Hey, I like the way you used the cross for the wheel design, it`s very inspirational. The fact is, I usually draw 5 spokes because I mess up the more complex ones :)), and 3,6 spokes look weird :P

thanks, ik teken de wielen meestal eerst idd, omdat dat een redelijk vaste maat is. ongeveer 3,5wiel ertussen.

en ik let niet heel erg op perspectief, maar ik teken wel perspectieflijnen zonder erbij na te denken zeg maar..dus het is er wel, maar of het klopt, geen idee;)

Okee bedankt voor je antwoord. Ik teken vaak auto's en wil nu meer de manier van de pro's weten. Maarja er zijn zoveel manieren om te beginnen ;)

Helaas ook me sleutelbeen en pols gebroken dus heb heel wat spare time en verveel me ;)

ok das klote voor je!! beterschap in elk geval!!

enne..mijn tip is om kikvors perspectief te gebruiken om het onder de knie te krijgen. Dit is het makkelijkst voor het perspectief, omdat je de horizon op de onderkant van de auto kan zetten..heb je ook geen last van de vorm van de bumper (zoals je hem van bovenaf zou zien.) Maar natuurlijk ook andere technieken verkennen. Hoe meer je kan, hoe makkelijker je het toe kan passen.

haha it's not totally like that;) first I sketched it for like 10 times at smaller formats before I did this one. But after all it is my own design. Just needs a lot of practise and redo it a lot of times

hey, it took me like 40 minutes..usually it takes less time, but i made very detailed rim's. The coloring video also took like 40 minutes

Sweet, thanks. I normally use a normal ball point pen or colour pencil, but when i use the markers they dont give me the full effect i always think of but oh well. Nice rendering too. You can check my artworks at vcdesign(dot)tk

ur work is also nice!! and if you work at larger paper, a regular BIG pen is also very good to work with!! and for the markers..you have to practise a lot and there are many techniques to give you the full effect. and else you can also work at chalck paper (also known as tracing paper). You can color on the backside of ur drawing then, which gives a very smooth effect on the good side of the paper.

in the coloring movie I used cheap non leeking markers..but now i work with copic markers, but Ad markers also work good at chalk paper. and the chalk paper comes on roles or as a block of paper. in which country do you live??

I also use Copic markers but they dont sell it here in Canada and right now I only have limited colours like around 10 but the colours arent close enough to make a good render. I live in South Surrey near the border between US and Canada near Seattle.
