Please be careful, paraffin wax is EXTREMELY flammable and is very hard to put out. If you get a very big flame, try to move it to a remote location (in the driveway without any cars or flammable objects nearby) and spray with a high-power water hose. Remember to stay away from it when you spray it, it reacts like an oil fire (pouring water on it makes it produce a huge fireball).

nice, i didn't know the water trick.. but i don't ususally take them out of what i pour them into anyway. but just in case i want to now i know how.

my friend just puts her old candles in a pot on top of the wood stove. When ever it's melted she just refills her molds.
