2.Prophet Issa/Jesus was mentioned in the Quran{وكلمتُه ألقاها إلى مريم و روح منه} النساء and one of his names besides Issa, and al Maseeh is Ruhullah.

Dear me - you are very ignorant of the Holy Word of Allah, namely the Holy Quran. Anyone can be Imam if Allah wishes. Imam Khomeini never claimed Prophethood, which indeed ended with his ancestor, Prophet Muhammad (sawas) but he was given the title of Imam (leader) by the people - which in Islam is okay based on a Quranic ayah (verse).
