  • S30V is excellent steel, but like most powder steels, it can be a sonofabitch to sharpen. It's just a notch under being tool steel. My Kershaw Leek G10 lost it's edge on cutting up a big heap of pasteboard boxes.....took me forever to get the hair poppin edge back on that S30V blade. That won't deter me from buying a Paramilitary 2 though.....I want one! And I better get one now, because I believe it may be a special limited production if I'm not mistaken.

  • @Lex5576 I find that S30v is actually a breeze to sharpen. I also wouldn't worry about them being limited. They are a very successful knife from spyderco, remember the FFG delica's? They were supposed to be limited but I think that when spyderco saw how popular they were they just kept making them. The Para Military 2 has had limited runs but the one like mine will most likely be around for a while. However, They are still awesome and you should still pick one up right away as you will love it.

  • @Lex5576 if you need more proof ask thecajunblaze on you tube what he thinks about the knife.

  • "The Outstanding" most over used way to describe a knife, channeling Nutnfancy. Other than that, I liked the video. Good review.

  • @nls8520 I agree but it truly is! thanks!

  • what's the blade angle per side on para2?

  • @nigahiga001010 15 degrees per side.

  • @nigahiga001010 ok ok thanks

  • where to get one? and i can find it in isreal?

  • @MrDark1000 Maybe spyderco's website. they might ship to you.

  • Sweet review dude, would the pm 2 fit into a molle loop?

  • @likeablefish not on a molle loop but it fit on pows webbing

  • top reveiw vid bro, best wishes and take care =]

  • @TheDishD thanks

  • @TheCanadianKnifeGuru dude your video is sqaushed/stretched. This fact makes the video terrible. I'm sure you make good points and know a lot but never put a squashed/stretched video on here again.

  • nice1 bro

  • @mohawksniper79 Thank you.

  • Congrats on the para2, its an amazing knife. I haven't taken it out of my edc ever since I got it. It just feels perfect in almost every sense lol. And love the compression lock, it is one of the strongest locks out there [yes it is comparable to framelock or better. Atleast that is what I hear, something to do with a safety having the stop pin there or something I forget don't quote me on it lol]

  • @jeffjuice3886 Yea I just wish Spyderco would tell us how much it can hold like Cold Steel does.

  • Nice review, wondered if you could cover where you buy/bought you knifes and what you paid.

  • Good review dude. My para 2 been on pre order seems like forever....hurry KC!

  • @frajada2006 yea that must suck I had to wait like a month and a half for my Delica to get in.

  • s30v is a great steel, great review, i love the para2 its perfectly balanced and that makes it feel light as a feather

  • @thomassmyth65 it sure does.

  • sick
