  • dessicated coconut is full of fat

  • frosting is like 65% fat :S i would not say fat free o.O

  • Guys I think what she is supposed to say it is "lower in fat" than its Butter cousin!

and you have to remember she is making a huge batch for 12-15 cupcakes, as i said to a poster earlier, stork marg contains 35cals per teaspoon, and 4grams of fat, of which 1.5g of it is saturated.

Butter frosting would bump the fat content up noticibly! 50cals per teaspoon, 6grams of fat of which 5grams saturated, so you are cutting the sats more than half. everything in moderation is good for us peeps!

  • @sparkandflame I agree, I always use Stork Margarine in my Buttercreams and they always taste just as good as Butter, I would never used Butter as it has way too much fat in it, so Margarine works just as well and like you said has less calories and fat in it. x

  • Yeah, margarine is known for being ridiculously low in fat....

  • A surgery cupcake and a butterfull or frosting that is really low fat

  • I Have to say that it's impossible that this is low fat. Coconut and butter and coconut milk are full o fat.

  • this is like caesar salad, you think its low fat but eat enough of that shit n your fat ass wont know what the fuck is going on. i find it funny people eat "low-fat" to try and loose weight_-_ like your body is going to be like "o im eating less fat, guess i gotta start sucking it off this fat asses bones" morons, theres prob more fat in the cupcake to start with. remember though.. regardless what you eat, you eat enough your going to get fat. people seem to overlook this

  • buttercream icing uses butter and icing sugar other wise it aint buttercream

  • I'm sure that tastes awesome, but that cant be low fat

  • Calling this low fat is like saying light cigarettes are not harmful.

  • stick to making porno vids sweetie

  • I made frosting with spreading margarine, and it worked but melted when it was on there.. Where can I find margarine? baking margarine i mean

  • @stertha making frosting with margarine melts its always best to use butter unsalted or crisco

  • why not just have a normal muffin without the frosting.....

  • Wut a hot bitch, id like to dip my spatchula in her frosting

  • @lexmark136 Alright, you can dip when I get in there and clean the fucking bowl out with a spoon.

  • Yeah these things should be called LOWER fat not low fat..

  • FUCK U CUP CAKE UR ASS BITCHES

  • thumbs down seriously, no wonder why she's ugly and fat

  • why the hell are you eating buttercream frosting if ur on a diet anyway?

  • this is just boring and crap

  • margarine = hydrogenated oil.

I'd rather go with unsalted butter and live with the fatty goodness :)

  • lol low fat eat as much as u want , 1st throw in 1kilo of butter then 1 cup of coconut

  • Frstings. She missed the O the first time she said frosting..

  • 0:50 is that ice cream or just a bunch of butter

  • Who funded that business, Daddy? what a load of garbage

  • shit happens.

  • "How To Make Fat Coconut Buttercream Frosting"

  • hit the GYM, fattie !! :))

  • @LeMousqueteerBleu was pretty harsh :P

  • Low fat and less of a artery clogger than the version with ALL butter? Don't know why everyone's hating, we'd all eat it anyways. And I low how she says 'margerine'

  • this is pure sugar and fat..... how is it low-fat? also... margerine is sooo bad for your liver.

  • low fat...using margarine? I don't think so! In terms of calories and total fat, both butter and margarine are worth around 35 calories and 4g of fat per teaspoon. Don't know where you get the idea of low fat from using margarine.

  • @CosmicExplorer margarine is an imitation of butter, it contains high saturated fats. I use Becel with Olive Oil as Olive oil is non-saturated, perfectly healthy for you. Good day :)

  • @xDeAdlYSp1Derx it doesn't discuss "healthy" fats, she says lower fat, in terms of using margarine, that you can have more because you are using margarine and it is lower in fat. That is the statement I am addressing, not "healthier". Fat is fat, in terms of number of calories, they have the same number of calories for the same serving size. But fats DO differ in terms of which are better for you in terms of the kind of fat. But fat is fat and using margarine does not make this "lower fat".

  • @CosmicExplorer Oh ok, thanks for the tip, but fat does differ, some have numerous bonds, like I said before Saturated and NON-Saturated, both differ. They are fats except one is lower concentration. What's the difference between TRANSFAT and just FAT??! I would never go near Margarine, what do you use for butter? I heard of a new butter brand, it's called "I CANT BELEIVE ITS BUTTER" Im gonna check it out to see if it's healthy and low in fat.

  • @xDeAdlYSp1Derx wont the olive oil smell be there?? does it really blend with cup cakes?

  • @CanadianB0B no because its mixed with other ingredients. You'd probably smell the yeast or the flour. Well for butter wise, O dont use olive oil in cooking, I use butter like BECEL with olive oil, is great for cooking and is healthy, but if you want an impersonation of fake butter, than margarine is right for you. It doesnt really matter what kind of butter you use, well, dont use salted butter, it'll make your baking taste terrible

  • @xDeAdlYSp1Derx i use salted butter. doesnt make much a difference rofl..

  • @ButaChicken LOL i hate salt butter, good quality butter is what I love!

  • @CosmicExplorer nope its "lower in fat" Butter per teaspoon adds up to around 50calories and 6grams of what of which of it is 5g saturates.

Stork cooking margarine uses per teaspoon.. 35cals, 4grams of fat, of which saturates 1.5grams, so a noticible difference. and much healthier if you want to have a naughty cupcake.

  • lemme shit in it

  • "it's low fat so you can eat as much as you want" LMFAOOOOOOOOO ya

  • It's on an industrial scale- probably for their cupcake imporium. You can reduce the ratio to over 6-7 cupcakes. Margarine is lower in fat than normal butter anyway.

  • What you didn't see, is the cloud of icing sugar dust that gets in your eyes, mouth, clothes, work-surface...and chokes you as the whizzer starts.

    I was expecting a revelation...LOW FAT? really??

  • it has nearly same amount of calories as the original recipe so you can't eat that much more. those extra calories will be stored as FAT. eat healthy who needs coconut frosting just fat asses lol

  • more like how to make low-fat coconut. And buttercream frosting

  • wait how do u make it?

  • Sorry , I don't think that is low fat!

  • Misleading Title.

Hard Margarine isn't fat at all... B/S video

  • Right, no one should calculate fat on a per weight basis. It's the percentage of calories that comes from fat that counts. That's why it wouldn't be fair to mix two cups of butter into 50 gallons of water and call it "low fat" just because the overall amount of fat over the weight is low. The fact remains that all the calories would be coming from butter...

  • This recipe is in no way low fat. Hard margarines, as opposed to soft ones, tend to be full of the nasty 'trans' fats as well.

It is misleading to customers to call this low fat. Its not even low in saturated or trans fats.

  • Trans Fats! sounds delicious though lol

  • isn't margarine just one molecule away from being a plastic?

  • @mihola411 na thats a myth, margarine is made from vegetable fats and processed kinda makes it "healthier" since it doesn't contain trans fats, but compared to butter they both have the same amount of fat per gram so this is BS

  • @gongfumaster a good portion of the vegetable oils is palm oil, grown oim vast platations cut from pristine rainforest in borneo and are destroying vast areas of orang utan habitat

  • @mihola411 ur one comment away from a smack in the mouth bich

    stfu

  • @petujaymz hah wow you need to calm the f*ck down your embarrassing yourself...GROW UP

  • @mihola411 stfu rapist

  • @petujaymz Lol you tard

  • @mihola411 it is. you can leave it out for a month in a garage with the top off and bugs won't even eat it.

    Pretty nasty stuff.

  • holy hell. thats got more fat in it than a whale.

  • lol.....You want low fat?...try this one kids,, this is low fat!..2 cups of yogurt poured into cheese cloth and put into a strainer. Set the strainer over a bowl and leave in the fridge over night to drain the water out of the yogurt. The yogurt will have the consistency of cream cheese the next day. Add the icing sugar and a hint of good vanilla, and a cup of roasted unsweetened coconut. Whip in the blender and back in the fridge for the next day, so the flavours and meld together.

  • @steveboomhour Thx soo much

  • i hate when people call something low fat or low calorie just because it sounds good

next you will be advertising low fat lard

  • Isn't it illegal to just lie to customers like that? I mean, gram for gram the margarine has more calories than the icing sugar, and that looked like a lot of margarine! (unless she has very small hands I guess)

Just use a couple of tablespoons of real butter and use non-fat milk to create the creamy texture and to add volume...

  • baking margerine is made from palm oil? so then it is terrible for the environment and bad for health anyway.

  • maybe she wants to remain the only not-obese person ?

  • this may be low fat but no way should you be eating as much as you want as she mentioned in the video! all that icing sugar the minute it hits ur body will be converted into energy but if you ain't doing anything energetic its gonna turn into fat.

  • I love coconut butt...

  • i can make that :D

  • Widershins: Looks like about fifty percent fat to me now what is fifty percent fat and sugar too? glub glub glub.

  • Your frosting is great!!! only as much calories as your views XD

  • low fat my ass

  • @centriosrj that's why she's fat.

  • Why hello there young woman with a sexy accent. Are you single?

  • yea eat all you want........

  • margerine is one chemical ingedient from plastic, i'd take your chances with delicious natural butter

  • hahaha low fat my ass, margerine is vegetable fat and your body converts excess sugar into fat! On the flip side she has got amazing eyes lol

  • if here low mean high i agree...

  • Low calorie my asshole.

  • That looks freaking disgusting! it's basically flavored margarine....

  • doesn't seem like it is either low fat or low sugar.

  • ok margarine is really bad for you, way worse than butter...its made out of chemicals!!!!

  • ahahah this is low fat eh?

  • Sounds good, but I don't see how it's low fat. Butter and margarine have the same amount of fat. Low cholesterol, maybe... but not low fat.

  • Hi Lizzie, I can see you are from the upper echelons of society but no matter you are still very pretty

  • @truthoutmedia

lol, so are you for using words like 'echelons'

  • @truthoutmedia amen to that

  • and do we not get any tasters !?! :P

  • Low-fat and butter do not mix :P

  • Wow, your blender seems to speed up time and space!

    Mine only mixes stuff :-(

  • yummmmmm

  • Low fat lol? You threw in 500grams almost of butter. and loads of sugar,

Apart from that its sugar that makes people fat Not FAT it self. So this is not something you can eat as much as you like :o?

  • @elfaransis She said margerine. Now I agree with you that that's still gonna make you fat, 'cause sugar does (more so than fat does, I believe), but to be fair, she said margerine.

  • @lateformyownbirth You should chek the food value's of margerine, and compare them to butter. There exactly the same in 100Grams. The amount of fat your taking in is exactly the same the only difrens is, Butter=fully Cream fat(from milk) En margerine HAs animal fat mixed into it. So are you faying Fat=difrent from Fat:P?

  • @elfaransis So that means that she isn't using margerine? She said margerine the entire way through the video, not butter. Butter and margerine are two different things. Or is something made entirely from milk fat exactly the same as something made with a small amount of milk but is actually mostly vegetable fat? Since, yknow, the fats in milk and vegetable oils are not the same, considering one is solid and the other has to be solidified. I never said one was less fattening.

  • @elfaransis exactly, this isn't low fat, it maybe lower in fat than other coconut buttercream frostings but it still is not low fat..

  • @elfaransis well, you can still eat as much as you want, and its baking margarine, different from butter. In scale, the sugar is quite small. and when you apply it to the cupcakes, its not much.

  • @3t3rn4ldr34m1ng You should realy chek your info befor posting. Margerine is the same as fat in food value's in 100grams of butten and 100grams of margerine there is no difrence what so ever.

The difrence between margerine and butter: Butter=100% from milk cream. Margerine=milk cream and animal fats<<< SO basicly your still taking the same amount of fat, what does it matter where the fat comes from.?

  • @elfaransis thing is, this is BAKING margarine, im sure i added the whole BAKING in there...

  • @3t3rn4ldr34m1ng Again you dident chek your info. Im not even gona reply to some1 who doesnt have a clue about what there saying. I happen to be a body builder and a food expert. Baking margerine=still a FAT Lump of FAT.

  • @elfaransis CLEARLY it is still fat, but not as much.... it doesnt say it has no fat.

  • Sugar doesn't make people fat

Where did you get that conc.

  • @fossil98 if you eat to much sugar it makes you fat, your liver can only store so much, when you exceed the amount (which is very easy to do) your liver breaks it down into fatty acid (yep FAT) in order for it to go through your bloodstream to "store", so prepare for some nasty looking cellulite if your a sugar muncher! :)

  • @elfaransis baking magerine but i do agree that is far too much but goodness it looks good

  • @elfaransis Thank fuck someone with a brain responded to this. Now I don't need to...

  • awww, not a talented speaker... but absolutely incredible recipe!!

hmmm cupcake emporium in lancaster gate... I'm suprised I've never seen it... I shall check it out!
