These are ダウンタウン ("Downtown") and company, I think this is their show ダウンタウンのガキの使いやあらへんで!! They're some of the most hilarious I've ever seen in my life... though I don't rate this as one of their funnier things.

And yeah, their various "punishment games" have real pain in them, it's not fake acting on that part of things.
