Japan is one of my absolute favourite country in the whole world. I live in australia, so yes...It is completley different! I want to do Hair and makeup for models and i was just recently in newyork doing makeup for the big fashion parade/catwalk. oh, and it's famouse because of harajuku bridge. On sundays (I think) girls and boys come out to harajuku bridge (the one to the temple) and just hang out wearing a style of their own - that's the harajuku fashion. It can be Lolita, like the dresses you taped, or visual kei, or anything really!

Um, have you ever been to Harajuku? Because I'm sorry to tell you, but all fashion in Harajuku isn't lolita fashion. There's a lot of "sexy" and trendy clothing stores there too. You'll find a big variety of fashion styles there. :)

thats Shibuya. There's a diference. (unless you're doing Ero Loli) mostly harajuku is to be different and unique and stand out (of course not all of it is lolita there's VK, Cosplay, Goth loli, Oshare kei, etc.) I dont like the way she "promotes" Harajuku.she turned it into "hip hop fashion) which is NOT what its about. she's completely changed the whole point of Harajuku by making "harajuku lovers"

Harajuku also has stores that cater to gyaru-esque styles, like Liz Lisa and Tra La La. There were also quuite a few bohemian type fashions when I was there from April-June. Harajuku also has Ometesando hills, which is mostly high fashion, like Dior and Chanel. You're mainly thinking Takeshita Dori.

Well 1st Harajuku is pronounces "Halajuku" r = l's in japanese. 2nd, those being grilled are Yakitori, (shishkabob's) 3rd, the plastic food on display actually resembles what you are eating, and Damn is it good. no offense hun but do an lil research b4 you go, and hope you did well on the fashion. For any baltimorians out there Harajuku, is like Fell's Point.
