It's not about capitalism or if anyone has ever opened a store before. In the computer industry it is about innovation and new technologies. Apple has a lot of warts, BUT it is one of the most innovative companies in the world. And no, the GAP store does not look like the AF store, or the Limited store, they are unique in a lot ways. Microsoft doesn't even hide it any more. They just rip off Apple ideas and throw a MS label on it. You get what you pay for.

I think windows 7 is great sure its just vista that looks different but it has had a load of the vista crap taken out remade or whatever so its one of the best operating systems out today. sure u can go and use windows xp but i stopped using that like 100 years ago its just too old now days. Having two ati radeon hd 58xx's or 57xx's running in crossfire in windows7 directX11 with 6 27" monitors is the future.
I have been running Windows 7 on my 3 year old computer I built in 2006 since the beta release. I think it's frickin amazing. I've also installed it on almost every computer I come by including my 3 year old, AMD single-core, 512 MB RAM, VIA integrated video laptop and it runs as good as XP. Everyone I install it for loves it. The first Microsoft Store my resemble an Apple Store but the merchandise is WAY more diverse and most people like choice. I can't wait to visit one.

That's hardly an opinion! There is so much about those 2 items that you could've had a great video, bringing up pros/cons on a lot of issues. This was embarrassing to watch. If you don't care to upgrade, don't just say "woopdyfreakin-doo". TELL US why you won't! Start a dialogue for people to respond to.

apple copied microsoft first...... LOL! everything is pretty much the same on windows and on OSX. just move the start bar up top. move the X, minimize and maximize to the left top corner of each window. add a little expose TADA OSX.... OSX is not more stable than windows... there are just less people that use it. thats why there are less viruses. see if you love apple as much 10 years down the line. don't get me wrong, i like my macbook pro, but it doesnt live up to the hype.

This was back in the early 80s. XEROX invented the first user graphical interface. THEN apple modified and developed way beyond what Xerox did AND then Windows ripped it off.
And it has been Windows policy to rip off ideas since then because they don't have any original ideas of their own

Not only that, Microsoft has been sending job offers directly to Apple Store employees. The facts speak for themselves.
Get your facts straight. George Blankenship is not a designer, he is a real estate cheif, meaning he is figuring out where they should locate their stores, not designing them. Yes, he has worked for Apple but also a number of other large companies such as Gap, Inc.
