im using a blackberry 9300....i'm having problems downloading the OS 6 software even though there are updates available..whilst downloading the i usually get an error in downloading. please what do i do?

@wenceefoo I would suggest uninstalling Desktop Software then re-installing it - when you install, you choose the language and Chinese must have been chosen when installed. Hope that helps.

how do u load an os u downloaded previously?

@MzzSarahx3 You need to double-click to install the downloaded .exe file. Then start Desktop Software and the update should be available to you from the main screen.
