@Spiderwolfcakes I'm not exactly sure about the content of the GED test, and it may vary from state to state. Percent problems are a pretty topic, though, and my guess is that it would be fair game for the GED.

As a general rule, yes. You can always rearrange an equation, as long as you stick to the algebra rules when doing so.
