Carol Kaye is the foundation on which jazz and pop bassist stand on today.

She played jazz guitar first and is still one of the best you can hear today.

there are many great musicians making the music you hear everyday. The

same person making the track you hear in the supermarket music is probably the

same musician making your favorite singer sound like a million dollars in the

song you love on the radio every day.
