making money is not and never has been an issue in piracy! monatary assignment is just a cop out for pirates! those 15 year old pirates should spend their time making a video that could get them legitamately recognized for their talent rather than for their piracy. just my thoughts on it.
fair use doesa not apply to amv's look up fair use doctrine. they are not making a production independant of the copywrited material that they use as the only footage in their video not to mention music.
