This is so funny!! I mean they're adorable but I literally made a little aqua converse shoe last night! haha. And I wish I would have waited until today! I had no templet or anything, It's smaller than a penny also so not the exact same as yours, but I'll have to post it on the fb page just to show you haha. this has intimidated me for the longest time until a friend of mine (flordelynt) said it was easy and there was a template for it. when you look at it, it's really just like playing with lego pieces... that's how i try to break it down for my simple mind to understand :) cant wait for you guys to try to make your own !

They are so adorable! I love your tips! You helped me have the confidence to create my daughters first birthday cakes. We had three birthday parties due to how far away our family lives. You can see the cake that I made in my videos. (I made a 4 layer cake with fondant on the bottom tier and Chocolate gnash on the top tier) I never would have had the confidence to work with fondant without you! Thanks again!

thanks! i have used royal icing on occassion... i dont think it will be a problem , do note that it dries in the color of the icing and if you have a colored shoe, it may show. thanks
