I agree with OBDcheerleader. you're overworking your set. you're doing it for too long simply. you should set until your hollow position is fully facing the ceiling and then you should start you twist. for doubling, you should even start twisting sooner with less of a set. you had a very pretty first full so keep practicing it. its been over a year so i think you got it by now lol
uhmm, how come you didn't even do your full the first two times and second you didn't even do it on the regular floor but whatever . . . it was okay but i can do it better. . .
heyyy try to push off the ground more with your arms on your backhandspring...it should give you more power and more control which will give you more height to look up before you start twisting and your tumbling pass will be alittle bit smoother :] good luck with everything though and keep up the good work!
