I'm using similar stuff but I'm still having some trouble. My next plan is to check the preload on the bearings and load larger balls into the ball nuts. It's frustrating to say the least.

@wvstreetsvideos I'm using ballscrews, preloaded ball nuts, and zero backlash helical couplers from cncfusion (google them)
