  • Your the only one here on YouTube that actually does the pozole like mom the right way (:

  • Thank you Yessy for the Pozole recipe. Also, ignore all these negative comments and keep doing what you do best. Soy Salvadorenio y me gusta mucho el pozole.

  • Good job Sweetie. You can also add radishes and cabbage in place of the lettuce.

  • hola yesenia se ve tienes muy poca edad eres bien jovencita y me da mucho gusto que atu edad ya sepas cocinar TAN RICO FELICIDADESSSSSSSSSS.

  • @dropfry dont listen to this dumb gringo

yes u can use ancho chiles and if you want to make it spicy use chillies that come off the tree mexicans grow in the backyard not sure what they are called

but in spanish its chile del arbol

  • ¡ muchisimas gracias Yessenia por compartir la receta !

  • For flavor improvement:

Before blending, toast tomato and guajillo chili, once the skin starts to get black transfer ingredients for blending.

Pork meat should be cooked with it's own bones, it's really useful for flavor improvement.

If you REALLY want to make a mexican pozole, use a Molcajete instead of blending machine.

Molcajete is like a plate made with volcanic rock, it was use by aztecs to blend things like chili, corn, meat, etc. Includes a little rock to smash whatever is inside.

  • You completely forgot about the tostadas !!!!!!!!!! a pozole without tostadas is not a pozole !!! lol

  • Not necessarily, it's just a personal taste. Personally, I eat pozole without tostadas and prefer to add lots of cabbage (many like lettuce but I eat it sinaloense style) instead.

  • at 57 seconds someone slams a door or fires a gun or some shit; what type of chili pods? Can I use ancho?

  • door slam, or gun shot, or some shit like that huh?? lol

umm just use like the california chile pods, or new mexico chile pods i think theyre called. The california ones are less spicy

  • VerY Good! Yessenia! Rico Posole!!
