What is needed is constitutional reform to specifically delineate the distribution of power. There is too much overlap in the official duties of elected officials that no one knows their job or two or more people are doing the same thing without talking to one another. There is no judicial independence either. Court officials are like nickles and dimes in the pockets of oligarchs and national deputies. That is what needs to change in Ukraine. The president is a figure head position anyway.
