  • Japanese bow has some kinds.

It is bow for hunting that Greg used as bow for ninjya.

In Greg, he insists on it as Korean traditional ninjutu using Japanese tool.

(Therefore he is looked down upon by people.)

It is China in the origin of the Tango Festival.

It is the origin of the festival that Chinese people mourned over the death of the Chinese military commander.

The Korean government applied to Unesco world heritage as a festival of the Korean origin.

  • Hi Tengu-san, those are boy's day display ornaments and not for actual use. People display miniature arms or armor or Koinobori( kite like stuff you showed) in boy's day which is 5 May. This tradition is remnant of Genpuku ceremony. Try googling 端午の節句

  • @BuffonSarutobi Yes that was my point I was trying to make is that they were toys and not the real thing. I hope I didnt confuse anyone with this video. These are just toys and gifts given to kids not I repete not ninja bows. This mabie why some people think ninja bows existed and were short they are mistaking them for these toys.

  • LOL Iga you forgot the arrows with the suction cups on the end .

  • Ive never seen any real collapsing bow in history, I doubt the strength of a bow being drawn with only a pin or a hitch holding it in the middle. It just dosnt seem practical, why waste the time to sit there and assemble a bow when you could just have a normal one ready to go.

  • @IgaTengu but what about Rambo's collapsable bow? haha

  • @sonicredcr lol gotta love Rambo, Ive got a good idea for a collapsing bow just need to find a bow worth cutting in half. In theory i think it will work and be strong enough to withstand the draw. well see if i can find one

  • Anything on the collapsing bows? (yes, i have a scroll on a short bow. not put messurements up yet. But great vid)

  • @TSOAS2008 -- The collapsing Ninja bow I'm familiar with is in the movie "Revenge of the Ninja"
