@ScarlettRC Me too, no lie! I've noticed the metronome-style counting actually regulates my breathing, which really helps, and when the counting stops and the piano/instrumental part kicks in (1:30), I feel weightless, like some secret grace now belongs to me for a while...like you said, "Zen."
