Watch the way you're breathing, the sounds good but technique is verry messy. I can see by the way you breathe in that you don't use your diaphrame, you should inhale trhough your belly to start with. Maybe even ee a vocal teacher for technique, because if you keep doing this you will lose your voice, I'sorry I'm saying this. Anyways sound a 5/5 techique a 3/5 this makes it a 4 total.

Try to use semi-professional progs like SoundForge, you can achive better quality even with chip microphone. And then just stick it up to the clip with MovieMaker. Nothing to be ashamed of, even professionals correct the live sound before publishing videos)

with this like angel was saying use your chest more then your throat youll be able to get much more sustain to you vocals and also focusing on your throat you can really fuck up your voice.

another thing you should try is to practice the technique behind it is to do more hardcore vocals ( hatebreed ,agnostic front, biohazard) as they focus more on sustain than with growling and then move on to vocals that require heavy sustain in the growl

That's the thing, I don't use my throat. I did once and it hurt really badly, so I found a way for it not to hurt, so I don't think I use my throat, because it would hurt right?

Try to use the diaphragm to push out the air.

Since i growl myself, i can both hear and see that you uses your throught too much.

lol if I could I would. Basically I exhale (I don't suck in air to make the noise) and I use my stomach. I also make sure it doesn't hurt my throat when I scream, and if it does hurt, I find another way to do it. I basically watched tons of videos on how people do it wrong, and just learned how to do it right.
