For some reason I'm having trouble figuring out the difference between this and Burke's barrage. Whenever I try to do this trick I end up doing burke's barrage. Any advice?
@elizze6 Hmm, it depends on how you're slipping into it I guess. You can concentrate on one of a few key points. In the weave, the thrown ball of each iteration goes across your body from the throwing hand's awkward side to its natural side. In Burke's, it does a column throw and goes from and to the awkward side. Similarly, the carried ball in the weave goes from the natural to the awkward side, while in Burke's it goes from awkward to awkward. In the weave, every time you're about to...
@thegnome54 ...make a throw, both of your hands are to one side of the center ball. In Burkes, each throw happens with arms crossed on both sides of the center ball. Try to figure out where you're slipping, or which of these checkpoints you're missing. Hopefully this random jargon I've spontaneously invented makes sense to you, let me know if it's unintelligible. Good luck!
You know, I never noticed that the Weave is the same as Takeouts but instead of orbiting around with the carried ball, you pull it through the pattern.
Yeah it's a bit different than Burke's but basically the same timing. It's also similar to another trick callled "follow". A lot of the 3 ball tricks are very close variations of each other, depending on how they're done :)
Yeah, he's right. I've got a shuffle tutorial somewhere, check my channel or something. If you find any other tricks you'd like me to try teaching you though, don't hesitate to ask.
Though I can do that in theory, I'm really not good enough at it to make a tutorial. I don't do clubs much (should practice more). It's really the same exact motions as with balls, but with a spin.

Can you do a juggling club mill's mess tutorial for me?
I don't fully understand how to do it.
Or if you already have a video made of that, let me know.

Do you mean a mills mess done using clubs?
thegnome54 2 years ago
Yea, that's what I meant :-)

Really? That was helpful all in itself.
I think I'll be able to do it then, being as though I can do the Mill's mess with the balls pretty well.
Thanks a lot man.
I'm definitely going to subscribe.
