Mods, not a hack.

You mod the usersettings the Left 4 Dead leaves on memory card or harddrive, open it up in a program, which you change the mapping of the buttons to different commands, like noclip, spawn_tank, etc. They're all PC commands, but used on 360. So if people ran around like this on PC it doesn't mean they're HACKING, just typing in commands to a console.
