I reckon New Zealand needs lots of hard-working Koreans, Japanese, Thais, Philipinos and others. New immigrants do need to try their hardest to fit in and learn the language, culture, history and so on, but long-term kiwis also need to reach and make the new immigrants feel more welcome and accepted.
