That is obviously cocaine. People don't snort amphetamines that often in clubs, it takes too long to crush up those tiny balls that are in pills (unless it's street shit was made in some nasty kids basement) but the dead giveaway was when he licked his finger. Coke makes your mouth go numb, it's rather amusing. Amphetamines just taste bad, no effect. Blow, not speed.
