I think the problem in Western countries is that the price of living is stretching it's limits, and when the auto companies were getting overrun by Chinese, Japanese, Korean companies it was because of cheap labor. However, in the Western world it has become impossible for people to work cheaply enough to match Asia's markets.

Blacks considered "Upper Class" run for public office disproportionally more than Whites considered "Upper Class" Of course there is only 1 black person for every 9 white people, I don't think the fact that America is prodominatly white has anything to do with Racism. Regadless, I think it's clearly evident that blacks are more likely to vote for skin color than whites, though it happens on both sides when possible.
