damn i'm gonna miss rampage, this is a sad time for mma, in my opinion this is worse than fedor going to strikeforce, rampage is a big name and face for the ufc, this will open up the lhw division in a big way, jardine's career may not be over now, silva, evans and a big majority of lhw fighters will be able to compete now, but still very very sad, i hope he changes his mind, at least to fight and kick machida's ass

I think the measure is Randy. He's seems so honest and true to himself, if he has a problem with UFC policies and Dana White then there really is a problem. Granted, they sorted it out, as did Tito, but still... Why was Randy being treated like that after so many years in the organisation? Not good. Well, on a possitive side, maybe few top fighters get tired of this and moves to strikeforce to fill out the ranks they so desperately need.

the big nasty shot to the back of Franklin's head was when Franklin was on the mat trying to get away and Belfort was on his back throwing bombs.

and to answer your question, when your opponent turns his face away from the direction that the punch is coming from.

The back of the head rule is most easily described according to "Big"John as simple as "the area where Liddell has his mohawk on the back of his head". Vitor hit a 1 hammer fist to the side of Rich's right side, 1 to side of his left side, and 1 behind his ear to the left side(these were the ground punches). The 2 punches that actually had him seeing stars, were the standing overhand left landed behind the ear on the right side, and the uppercut to the face when Rich was down. Impartials...
