Wow. That was the first time I've heard Winterborn, (I first heard about it from reading the "Ghost" saga by John Ringo) and I've gotta say, I liked it. It goes well with Halo, too.

The Kildar turned me on to CruxShadow as well. Ringo really likes them, their lyrics appear in a number of his novels. For example I just finished Von Nueman's War and the soldiers fight the final battle to the song Citadel.

I've read The Hero, and some of Cally's War, but neither really entrigued me that much. Maybe I haven't given the series a fair shot.

Yea, I'd say go back and read A Hymn Before Battle. It's the first book in the series and would let you have a better shot at enjoying the Legacy of the Aldenata series. Anyway, a great song combined with a great video. You gotta love Winterborn and Halo combined.
