  • i don't know if the person who pulled her top down worked for girls gone wild but that is the only way she would have a case against them, since public places have no legal expectation of privacy.

  • Joe Francis is one of the world's biggest losers. This is typical behavior from this staff and a terrible decision by the jury. Fox news should be ashamed of themselves for even suggesting they are a NEWS station. This is inflammatory and contrite.

  • @anthonyarington with all the millions this guy has made he must not be that big a loser. Would I rather be Mr. Surrounded by beautiful girls millionaire Joe Francis or internet tough guy anthonyarington... hmmm that's a tough one. You're just made because you didn't figure out such an easy and fun way to make money. No go back to nowhere land you mean person.

  • Zielgler is a lesbo, and a money hungry one at that

  • Women are allowed to dance "provocatively" and they should be allowed to do so without sexual assault. It is horrible that this assault was captured on camera, yet this woman's case is labeled as weak by this sexist jerk.

  • "Baiting the camera" is not invitation for your top to be torn off! Wtf is wrong with these people?!

This Greg guy is a complete creep.

  • I love beautiful women that are smart and sided with GGW on this one. I'd beat up any guy that did this to some woman that was just on the street minding her business, but this lady has no case.

  • I wonder how the male reporter might feel if his shorts were yanked down and his penis was captured on camera for the whole world to see?

Flirting is not consent for someone to pull your top down.

  • @phoenixrisingftm if they pulled my pants down on a cold day then yes we have a problem other then that let's go!! plus I'd expect it if I showed up on set to a show that goes around getting guys to pull their pants down. Come on phoenix lets grow up.

  • @sentienceISi Part of being a grown up is understanding what the word "no" means. Had this woman pulled her own top down for the camera, I'd say she had no case. But she clearly said "no" when asked to bare her breasts.

  • @phoenixrisingftm girls always so no when they mean yes. i think it's called flirting. women are never upfront they always want you to coax them. so i can see him getting mixed signals, she was being very playful while she was saying no. yeah another point is if she felt so violated, i mean someone did expose her breast, why did she wait so many years to file a report??? she wanted to get paid now, that is all.

  • @sentienceISi First, the technical point: Why wait so long? I'm not inside her brain so I won't try to analyze her reasoning. We do know, however, that most sexual assault and rape cases go unreported. Mainly due to sexist and asinine attitudes like the one you've displayed in this comment.

  • @phoenixrisingftm Who is we? I hear that a lot from feminist that so many sexual assualts go unreported but they don't back it up or even give a quick citation like saying and FBI report said, no they just say "we do know". You do know breast aren't considered genitalia, she wasn't fondled, so sexual assault wouldn't of been the charge anyway. The more you people blanket things with rape and sexual assault the less impact those terms will have, you're doing yourself a disservice.

  • @sentienceISi You say feminist like it's a dirty word. Feminist: A person whose beliefs and behavior are based on feminism (Belief in the social, political, and economic equality of the sexes). When you say "you people," you deliberately set yourself apart from feminists... As for the numbers, any monkey can Google the studies of rape and sexual assault statistics...

  • @phoenixrisingftm Also: We = anyone who gives a rats ass about women's rights and bothers to educate themselves even the tiniest bit. At this point, you seem desperate to prove a point, but it's pretty hard to figure out what it is through the "she asked for it" tone of your messages... And that is my cue to exit this conversation.

  • @sentienceISi So a woman asks to be sexually assaulted by the clothes she wears or the way she dances, even if she says no because it's her way of "flirting"? Alright, I'll try and remember to wear a burka and stand to the side next time I go to a club or a bar.

  • @YAYitsLEELA you read what I said, what you typed is what you are saying. She went to a Girls Gone Wild taping what did she expect would happen. You people should know the type of situations you are going into, instead of playing victim all the time.

  • @sentienceISi That's like you saying someone who walks alone at night deserves to be mugged, raped or murdered because they put themselves in a dangerous situation. Well the reality is maybe they were just walking home. Maybe this girl just wanted to have fun, maybe she didn't want to get her shirt pulled down and caught on tape. That's her body, it belongs to her and no one has a right to what she owns unless she gives them permission, which in this case, she didn't. She said no. End of story.

  • @YAYitsLEELA no it's more like someone going to a house full of meth heads with meth and not expecting anything to happen. She should of used common sense like anyone else who puts themselves in an obvious situation. You know what's really the end of the story, the jury agrees with me and she lost, how's that for an End of Story. We don't live in a fantasy world where everyone cares about you or your standards or decency learn to take care of yourself and not put yourself in dangerous situations

  • @sentienceISi She lost not because your argument was right but because we live in a society where men rule. Men have high sex drives that they sometimes cannot control and instead of trying to control themselves they just try and justify them by blaming it on the behavior of the woman. Well, no, actually it was the man who acted like a pervert and attacked, assaulted or harassed the woman. Just like when abusers blamed the abused for "making them do it". It's a bullshit argument.

  • if she had to much to drink then thats her fault, thats no excuse

  • So it's FOX News which is biased and sucks, but I like the info it gives about GGW. It shows the entire controversy about GGW and is a perfect example of paradox of social transgression.
