In regards to this, women who have not yet started their periods is in regards to their monthly cycle not their lifetime. It is for cleanliness purposes only. This quote is in regards to sexual intercourse. Pedophilia is forbidden in Islam. :)

Some individuals are sick. :) I am not one of those individuals. I completely agree with Catholics, Christians, Buddhists, and Jews as well as other religions that what some muslims do is 100% against our teachings and wrong. Same goes for all religions am I right? :) Not everyone is a true believer. :)

Just on another note, you are not quoting the Quran. This never happened. Occasionally, people's hands are cut off for stealing, but this is not done nearly as much as in the earliest years of Islam. Also, you must forgive even without reason. The fact that they did not give him water is also VERY false. Muslims are required to forgive and help their fellow man.
