@kujiko88 Not... quite. At least the common usage these days is a reference to Jojo's Bizarre Adventure where Kujo Jotaro shouts this as he attacks with his stand "Star Platinum" (Star Platina as they pronounce it). Some call it as ORA-ORA Rush. It might be easier if you google it or something.
Now this is interesting. Apparently at night this "prowler" character not only changes her personality, but also her fighting style. I can tell that this character will be used very often by many players because she can do both long distance AND close range combat.
She's using Lyra's Cutie Mark as a weapon!! :D

@kujiko88 Ora could mean something like "Watch out punk!" Or something along the line.
Or you can translate it "hey! Hey! Hey!" Like when you're happy and about to do some good damage to the other guy.
It's usually rude. (I"m not Japanese, this is just from experience lol)
