At first I only heard about this band and never really gave them a listen. Then I read in some magazine about them and I thought "Holy shit! They're from Rockford? A band from here hopefully better than Cheap Trick?" Then I found out one of the members works(or used to. I have no idea now) at the neighborhood Zumiez. I'm proud of this band :)
Bottom line woe is me does not compare to The Color Morale...in any way. Austin cant drum no where as near as good as Steve. who ever thinks this can burn in hell. TCM is WAY more talented and better than WIM. Nuff said.
@DGKrew00 i understand. im saying in terms of liveperformance, he performs very well. he may not be PERFECT to the album but who is? he moves around and still manages to have an outstanding voice. especially in this scene which has become flooded with over auto-tuned vocals. :d
Just sayin that this song is not that good if the rest of their album sounds like this I wont be buying it. I dont like it because they seem to have taken out the softer vocals that they had in the last album so it doesnt sound as good. But thats just my opinion...

Tino is a beast! very creative! well at least for the first half of the album, like ydg and they dont call it the south were super cool pieces, but i do agree that later on in the cd he did kind of loose his edge

@fattybergeson Woe, Is Me's drummer and vocalist(s) > The Color Morale. Their guitarists... about equal. Woe, Is Me's drummer is probably the best signed under Rise when it comes to speed + technicality.
@Ryukinzo miss may i's drummer is infinitely times better than woe is me's drummer, if you had forgotten that miss may i was signed to rise. and garrett rapp(the color morales vocalist) sings AND screams and he sounds as good as he does with doing both of those. woe is me had to get two different vocalists that are both front men to get the job done. so id say you are wrong.
@grizzly40 i have listened to woe is me quite a bit actually and tyler carters voice is annoying. yeah he can sing but i dont like the tone of his voice. the point i made was that garrett rapp from the color morale is singing AND screaming and he still sounds good, thats so much harder than just singing.

Garrett Rapp has one of the most beautiful singing voices I've ever heard. And he's absolutely flawless live with both singing AND screaming. Can't freaking wait for this album

At first I only heard about this band and never really gave them a listen. Then I read in some magazine about them and I thought "Holy shit! They're from Rockford? A band from here hopefully better than Cheap Trick?" Then I found out one of the members works(or used to. I have no idea now) at the neighborhood Zumiez. I'm proud of this band :)

Bottom line woe is me does not compare to The Color Morale...in any way. Austin cant drum no where as near as good as Steve. who ever thinks this can burn in hell. TCM is WAY more talented and better than WIM. Nuff said.

Just sayin that this song is not that good if the rest of their album sounds like this I wont be buying it. I dont like it because they seem to have taken out the softer vocals that they had in the last album so it doesnt sound as good. But thats just my opinion...

@TylerMatthewSonn You have to be kidding me. You apparently haven't listened to him. Miss May I, Attack Attack, Of Mice & Men (even though Tino was amazing in Lower D), all have uncreative drummers. Austin is a monster. Listen closer. Just the first 3 tracks of the album alone. Tune out everyone but him.

@Ryukinzo I agree with u about Austin dude, but being a musician, i mean a real musician, i must say that while attack attacks drummer isnt horribly creative his rhythm and timing is spot on. it all works, but dude! Tino is a beast! very creative! well at least for the first half of the album, like ydg and they dont call it the south were super cool pieces, but i do agree that later on in the cd he did kind of loose his edge

how can you even compare this band to woe, is me?! woe is me is just chug chug, tremolo, wanna be jonny craig R&B singing. yeah i realize garrett has gone in the jonny craig direction with his singing but at least he sounds good and not whiny. and the color morale is by far musically superior to woe is me obviously. woe is me sounds like "just another rise band" the color morale is actually different and stands out from the crowd somewhat in a good way.

@Ryukinzo miss may i's drummer is infinitely times better than woe is me's drummer, if you had forgotten that miss may i was signed to rise. and garrett rapp(the color morales vocalist) sings AND screams and he sounds as good as he does with doing both of those. woe is me had to get two different vocalists that are both front men to get the job done. so id say you are wrong.
