I had no idea that Kirk was in somewhat good shape! I thought he was fat like a smaller Todd Strange! He's got some muscle in there - kinda like a powerlifter type build. He actually did a front handspring on stage too! Can't do that if you're a fat fuck! This was like an awesome Jackass episode! Crowbar kicks ass and all those NOLA guys had some of the best times which are made quite obvious through these home vids!

@dlguitarguy Kirk is a good friend of mine. He was going to the gym with for a while and he was putting on some muscle! He's pretty strong dude I was impressed. He's just like anyone else just kinda slacked off and he's not at 100% peak condition but yeah man he's not a slouch he's got some muscle. I think he was a jock at East Jefferson High schhol back in the day if I remeber correctly. I think he played football! I really wouldn't want the dude to hit me if you know what I mean.

I have played guitar and written music for 25 Yrs now and would love to, be involved with Crowbar, in the studio, or live!
