i ate at duartes in the mid 90's, the only thing good was the artichoke soup. everything else was shitty and overpriced. and when we left, some immigrant workers were climbing in through the window of our truck stealing cd's!!! i hope its gotten better. looking at this clip at least its cleaned up inside.
