If you have a debt, with the Lloyds TSB Group or RBS ( and associated lenders under these group ) they owe you money. Public money was used to bail these two instutions out, so they owe you money. My understanding is under the law, you have the right to not pay , until the above banks pay off their debt back in FULL. Human Rights in my opinion. Its very complicated the banking, compliance and regulatory infrastructure, keep it simple stupid public. Your rights are never told and covered up.
to be honest, dont really see the point, the lady at moorecroft seemed completley in control and was getting on with her job, all you seemed to have done there is waste 4 minutes of both yours and hers time, difference is she was geting paid for her time.
If her job includes trying to enforce a disputed debt which is in itself illegal, then she deserves all she gets :)
All the vids I post are against companies that commonly harass, and threaten people with sanctions that are not legal. Just my little bit of revenge :)

My view of harassment is the same as the Criminal Justice & Public Order Act 1994: intentional harassment for causing another person harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour
