Some of those things mentioned are helpful,but really you have to promote your videos ..That's it money !! That's what youtube is about,then they pay you to advertise on your channel when you are successful..You can make the best tutorial and get no views or around 300 in about a month..I suggest make a lot of hd videos with sensible content,market them !!
