Yesterday, I opted out only to find a TSA worker sticking his hands down my pants and moving my balls around while doing the inner thigh search, I am writing a letter to the local newspaper, the ACLU, and everyone else regarding this illegal molestation. I am outraged at this!

@donotconsent83 Of course you can say no.... because you're not forced to fly. It is only after you chosen to fly of your own free will and entered the secured area that you are considered to have given implicit consent to an administrative search. It states that right in the law.

@donotconsent83 did you read any part of the TSA TRUTHS.doc ? Sound like you did not, but lets assume you are correct. So if TSA sets up their theater at the entrance and exit to you neighborhood, where you must travel, do you have to consent to their "administrative search" according to you yes.
Read the .doc all the truth is there, if you still believe you are government corporate property, then carry on.

If someone is truelly disgusted by the mass slaughter and torture that the American government inflicts why do they still reside in America. And why did they stop protesting - the Viet Nam war and Iraq war is just the tip of the iceburg.
