4H is where you join a club and do a project. In the video above their project was/is poultry. But you can do any proect you want like cake decorating or whatever else they have. They have a really long list!
what do you do with your chicken after the show? I show horses right now, and I want to do something else too. I am looking into showing chickens because my Dad won't let me get a big animal for at the house, because I board my horse, and I have rabbits, but just curious on what is all involved in showing chickens... thanks!

About the chickens, we keep them as pets and eat their eggs. They have a little well-fenced area to protect them, and their eggs taste much better than store eggs. We have a couple of roosters too, but they are not necessary to get eggs. With roosters we then have fertile eggs that we have fun hatching in an incubator.
