well it depends. wen u create ur account it will say wat realm/server u r in (e.g. realm 6 would b server 6). so if u cant remember which one, jus try all of em (thers 7). if that doesnt work u can get back to me or contact the 'head person' in the board (on the left under sign in n that other stuff)

well, one thing is you have to be on the right server. It should tell you which server once you create your account. Another thing is if you didn't activate your account on your e-mail address that could be it, and if not, you might have misspelled your password or username.
