I've never understood why people seem to have a problem with her. She suffers from depression, is a bit mentally fragile, and went off the rails temporarily. Big deal, we all make mistakes, give her a break. Just because someone is wealthy or in the public eye, it doesn't mean they can't suffer from the same psychological troubles as the rest of us. The whole shop-lifting incident was blown out of all proportion anyway to make an example of her, it's not like she murdered anyone.

The whole shop-lifting incident was blown out of all proportion anyway to make an example of her, it's not like she murdered anyone.

you sound a little bitter. Remember, just because you send a fan letter or an "admiration" letter to someone in the movie biz, and do not get a response, doesn't mean they are ignoring you. There could be a reasonable explanation for it... try it again, but this time send it to her agent, rather than her home or wherever you sent it :)

shes gorgeous, talented, resilient, kind, adorable, honest, inspirational, cute, hot! and she's only 5 feet exactly, 5'0", precious. and everybody is human. wow she just doesn't age. beauty! :) what a sweetie. and humble! she was fantastic in the movie they are discussing, much better than her supporting role Angelina Jolie. She was just great. "Girl Interrupted." we need to convince people to give her a bunch of oscars for all her work shes been great in like everything shes been in.

I watched this out of curiosity. She comes across as very nervous and twitchy and seems to be that way all the time. I've heard she's that way because of mental problems and drugs.
