It sounds like a lot of the lock manufacturers rely on the old "security through obscurity" - by relying on the inner workings (and flaws) of their locks remaining secret, rather than by designing better locks.
The same issue has come up in the field of cryptography many times, and it's generally accepted that a good mechanism requires only the _key_ to be kept secret, not the details of the mechanism itself (which might be discovered through careful inspection or a rubberhose attack).
I am new to picking, but do what I do on youtube to try help all the genaral public.... If I can do what I do now, who knows or what will happen in later. Companies buid, make locks etc... BUT NOT LONG AFTER ..... PICKED OR MANIPULATED
All hail the security God before us.
HAIL!
