I got it 2 months ago my average before was 95, I've struggled with it for about 30 games barely making my average and sometimes less. Last week I made 177 on a game, never made that in my life. The ball just might be too smart for me, but I think if you learn how to let it do what it's suppose to do you'll love it

insane lef rg has a ton of backend if drilled right, i would say taht ball

The reign has alot more backend than my fired up, but both bowling balls r smooth, not jumpy pearl bowling balls and they have tremendous hitting power like all storm bowling balls.I think the reign and virtual energy r going to be some of the best bowling balls ever made.lol

You can try sanding up the reign, or plug and redrill it strong, cause mine is drilled really strong. Mine hooks about 4 more boards than my virtual energy.

@jamiewcwgsynet you can either cup the ball(hold it on your fore arm and release which would mean not using your thumb hole which takes away your guide, or through the ball like turning a door nob.

The way I throw the ball it normally hooks early, I got this ball and the second day I had it I bowled a 212,180 and a 249. Keep in mind my average is 150. It has a MAJOR backend snap I love this thing to death!!!

i have 2 fired up, and i love both of them...and i have one more on the way, new and undrilled..i wouldnt say the reign is better just because you cant find a fired up

I'd say go for the Virtual Energy. It's a great compliment to the Virtual Gravity.

very nice looking ball. few boards deeper and sharper breakpoint which was expected with this being a pearl reactive vs the hybrid cover. this should be another very good release.

its not a little more,, it is 3 boards left on the arrows and 3 boards RIGHT at the breakpoint so it hooks alot more...
