To me BB looks like a fancier version of Guilty Gear.

That's basically what it is as far as i can tell.

It's made by the same company and my best guess is that the reason they created BB was so that they could avoid working with Sega (Sega is somehow in ownership of the rights to certain GG chars for some reason) So BB was so they could continue making the games, but avoid working with Sega.

I actually heard once that one of the top guys involved with GG refuses to work with Sega at all.

It's not a case of agreeing or disagreeing, what you're saying is simply wrong. Blazblue is completely different from Guilty Gear and isn't broken in the slightest. Of course It looks similar in videos but you only think the Noel player is unable to escape because you don't understand the teching system. It's just a 50/50 mixup loop, the same you can find in MB, GG, or any other fighting game. BB is a better game than MB and GG, and it isn't broken. End of story.

The fact is, BlazBlue is way too slow and the combos rely on nothing but annoying loops.

There;s no way in hell i'd ditch a game that actually has something called BALANCE where tiers don't matter, for a slow, boring game like BlazBlue.

You haven't even played it. Speak to anyone who's played both BB and MB. You'll find very little people who will vouch for the latter.

Youtube is full of kids like you who just netplay MB all day, terrified to try anything else, so I'm not at all surprised. It's pretty funny that you think MB is more balanced though, I guess you haven't seen H-Vsions and H-Tohnos beasting all over the place?
