It just means these executives have no guilt or conscience, it is legal, but ethically they caused the failure, how can they be so lacking of morals or conscience to even receive a cent of bonus from the company that they caused the failure. They should be jailed, their assets seized, leverage them from the top of their buildings, so they would know how the people who were unemployed, fired, living on catfood would feel.
