I love "The Lorax." It's personally my most favorite of Dr. Seuss's book and the 30 minute animated film. But you have no idea how angry I am that they are making this remake. I'm not a fan of the Dr. Seuss rediculous remakes. I will give credit with "The Grinch", it was okay but I hate the changes they made up. Then they made "The Cat in the Hat" and "Horton Hears a Who" which I honestly didn't enjoy. What's next? Green Eggs and Ham? The Sneeches? One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish? DX

@Sadavi5 Of course it's not The Lorax. That's what the film industries always do when their remaking Dr. Seuss's legacy, they keep doing made-up bullcrap. You can see in the trailer that this has absolutely NOTHING to do with the book or 30 minute animated movie. Maybe a lil bit, but the rest will be ruined. They did the same thing with The Grinch, Cat in the Hat, and Horton Hears a Who. Saddest part is that "The Lorax" is personally my most favorite of Dr. Seuss's book and animated movie :(

Wow all these comments against this adaptation takes me back when How To Train Your Dragon became a movie. I'm Italian, never read Dr. Seuss books coz in my country is a total stranger so I must shut up; but I remember that before the film was released fans of the HTTYD books kept insulting&complaining about the story and the characters, so different from the original, and didn't want to watch it. It was different but amazing anyway with great animation and superb script.Just wait before judging

I got nothing against 're-imagining' of the classics, as long as there's some 'imagination' involved. After watching this trailer I have no intention of watching this film. The book was motivated by a moral question about the consequences of shortsightedness greed. This movie, however, seems to be motivated by the idea that the time is ripe to cash in on environmentalism. In doing so, they've scrapped Seuss's wonderful use of language and are now using the Lorax to sell Mazdas. Ironic? Yes. Poetic? No.
