the diffeculty on making civil war games was the first person prob. to make the game feel more realistic they would have to use realistic guns and reload time. reload time in the civil war (with the exception of the repeater) was a pain in the ass. which is why people choose to make ww2 more than civil/revolution. i for one am more fond of the ww2 theme

@virginiaskater Some ww2 games are pretty good. Brothers in arms hells highway is awesome. Also no, vietnam games are meant to be moody and atmosphereic and a good story. No cod game will do that. Out of all the things shellshock 2 did wrong it got the atmosphere right.

if its one thing i know its that the history channel cant make a fully good video game. compare this to shellshock 2 and that game destroys every game history channel has ever made. we need a new company that does these games and who is intelligent and knows how to make a player feel like they are actually there in the fight.
