I grew up in Lydd....I remember very bad thunder storms rolling in off the coast inland and as a child hiding under the sheets whilst the storm passed overhead...The sound of the Marsh sheep baaing in the distance after the storm had passed was a sign that all was calm again....Today among other things, i produce Electronic Music so will have to put the sheep baaing in a track somewhere as a thank you ;-)
